Once we have received a signed order conformation and your 50% deposit has been received, we will instigate our installation procedure. Installation will usually take place within a 4-week period from this date. On occasion this may be brought forward depending on requirements and stock holding. Either way we will both agree a proposed delivery date at this point.

DELIVERY INCLUDES

All hardware is tested and configured on our own premises before installation. Where possible we try to mirror the proposed installation details in this process including software, and infrastructure components.

Hardware - configuration and testing
Operating System - load and configuration
Application - installation/connection and testing
Delivery of system to customer site
Hardware - un-packaging and configuration
Connection to back office PC/store network/ADSL Broadband
Integration of back office and front office applications
Hardware - functionality testing

Your system is then delivered and configured on site. This effectively repeats the previous process in reconnecting all peripherals, software and networking components. At this point you will have an installed system, with front and back offices connected and tested for communications.

Once delivery is complete training / consultancy will start. In some cases Training may precede the delivery of hardware depending on the individual requirement. Training includes:

* Consultation on product file and other retail data population
* Manager training on back office function and configuration
* Customisable configuration of retail data, devices and user interface
* User training where appropriate
* Training on Front office and back office routines
* Any other advice and guidance

Training will include advice on data build primarily dealing with population of the product file. It will also cover routines for managing and running the system to ensure you get the most out of it. We can develop a training schedule to meet your own individual requirements over a period of time suited to your own pace of workload.

For the first 12 months all suppliers warranties and licences will be valid - years 2, 3, 4 & 5 support is available either direct or via epostills.com
